Wheels to Heal (and legs of steel)

Principal Don Glitsis participated in the 62 mile Celebrity Classic Wheels to Heal Bike Ride last month to benefit Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Columbus, Georgia and we’re already looking forward to next year! Along with the Celebrity Classic Bike Ride, Columbus Regional also hosts a golf and tennis tournament along with a 5K &10K run. SBS’ers plan  on participating in all 4 events in 2014 (we’re drafting our victims  picks now).  The ride began at the Columbus Civic Center along the Chattahoochee Riverwalk and south through historic Fort Benning- home of the Airborne Rangers and also recognized as the “Best Army Installation in the World”. Bike routes continued along the Chattahoochee River to the Columbus Civic Center near the National Civil War Museum and the Coca Cola Space Science Center.
